delicious foodimmaculate sun decksdedicated cleaning staff
I adored the hotel's restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!! the attached restaurant made meals so easy. the pool and sun decks were immaculate. They cleaned them daily. our room stayed super clean, thanks to the dedicated cleaning staff.

The staff was lovely and always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the complimentary tea they offered. the cleanliness of the bedrooms impressed me greatly! i found the beds cozy. the availability of free laundry and ironing service was a pleasant surprise and helped me.
the sound isolation could be better, as i did hear some noise from other guests early in the morning, it was only slightly inconvenient though

poor sound isolationmissing ashtrays
The staff called my room late at night asking if I wanted free drinks it woke me up. I had a do-not-disturb sign. The staff also spoke loudly with other guests early in the morning. Sound isolation is necessary. Ashtrays were missing from the backyard I also needed proper cups for the instant coffee

The staff members were friendly and helpful. My room was super clean and comfortable (I especially liked the cozy bed). It also came well-equipped with amenities. The hotel has a great location, in a quiet area, with many restaurants nearby.
The sound isolation wasn't perfect.
